    We arrived late at night and the staff was great. The hotel lives up to 5 star standard. I think the rate is cheap for the standard.

    I cannot find anything to dislike.

    The room was spacious and comfortable with great city views. The breakfast had a vast array of dishes that catered to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool, refreshing and well-maintained.

    The dinner buffet is amazing!

    the dirty area arround the hotel and that so many people accost me when I was walking through the streets. I recommend to stay in the hotel and not to go out.

    The location made it easy for us to explore the Mall of Asia, just a short ride away. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

    My children wanted a heated pool to. The access through the backdoor stairs seemed unsafe for little ones, warranting some improvements for families.

    Thank you guys for a just perfect stay during their business trip. It's huge with very comfy beds and wonderful views. There is a lot of supplies like : an electronic key card, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk.

    The breakfast buffet really blew me away. It had so many dishes to choose from, I could hardly decide what to eat.

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still within the realm of acceptable.

    On my previous stay I had some complaints about the upgrade I took. Hotel wrote me an email it was in hands of the manager and upon my new check in the manager received me, apollogised for the misunderstanding on the previous stay and offered me on my new stay a free room upgrade and free airport transfer at check out. Excellent solution and my compliments for this !! Very much appreciated.
